Bach Flower Therapy

Bachova kvetová terapia

This simple and at the same time very effective system of health maintenance, discovered by the English physician Dr Bach, treats various conditions of mind. It is based on Dr Bach´s belief that physical illness is result of an emotional imbalance.

What Do We Treat?

Bach Flower Therapy can help at inability to get rid of stress, fatigue, or uncertainty, at suffering from mood changes, low spirits, and oversensitivity, or at undergoing a difficult life period.

Curative Methods of Bach Flower Therapy

The therapy makes use of 38 original Bach flower essences made of trees, non-poisonous wild plants, and water from healing springs. From these, the therapist chooses for the client maximum of seven. Then he mixes two drops of each of the chosen essences into a 30-ml user´s bottle. The concoction is then completed with non-sparkling water. Such a concoction is dosed four times a day by four drops. In case of need, the essence can be dripped undiluted straight under the tongue, daubed onto lips, temples or inner sides of wrists.

Diagnostic Methods of Bach Flower Therapy

Bach Flower Therapy will help the client to find their bearings in their own emotions and will enable the therapist to allocate relevant essence to them. Diagnostics is performed as a dialogue. The therapist will be interested in what the client´s current worries are, what they need helping with, and also how they react in various situations. It is worth being open to the maximum. For, only like that is it possible to choose the really effective combination of Bach essences.
